American Organ Transplant Association [1] – is a resource that can help provided transportation help.

The American Association of Kidney Patients [2] – is a good resource for information on transplants and can link to organizations that provide support.

The American Kidney Fund [3] – is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to kidney and dialysis patients.

The American Society of Transplantation [4] – is an organization of health professionals that can provide education and opportunities to advocate for transplant issues.

Children's Organ Transplant Association [5] – is an organization that works with patients 21 and under and their families with the purpose of helping them raise money to fund transplants.

Coalition on Donation [6] – is a non-profit organization that is committed to increasing organ and tissue donation. They are a good resource to share general information about transplants.

Kidney Transplant Dialysis Association [7] –is a volunteer patient led organization that can help provide education and financial assistance to patients.

Kidney Link [8] – is a good resource for information on all types of donation and education.

Medicare Payment Information [9] – is a brochure on the Medicare and Medicaid payment procedures for 2012.

National Foundation for Transplants – is another non-profit dedicated to providing patient financial assistance for transplants. [10]

National Kidney Foundation [11] – is a non-profit organization that has a lot of resources dedicated to transplant awareness and education.

National Kidney Registry [12] – is a non-profit organization that helps create living donor chains.

National Transplant Assistance Fund [13] – is a source for information on raising money to cover uninsured medical expenses. 

Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network [14] – is a government site that manages the national patient waiting list.

Organ Donor US Government [15] – is a government site that is dedicated to sharing information about organ transplantation.

Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients [16] – is a national database of transplant statistics.

Transplant Recipients International Organization [17] – is a non-profit organization with the goal of improving the quality of life of transplant patients.
